Adaptive Force Performing Arts is proud to announce the addition of Angie Schauwecker’s Power Core class! 

After putting the class on a two year hiatus, Angie has decided to bring it back, exclusively to AFPA.  Here’s Angie’s Power Core description:

“This is not your typical Abs and Back class! This class is focused on strengthening and toning your core muscles and will challenge you like no crunch or back extension ever could! In addition to the Core, this class also focuses on toning other major muscles group with every exercise done on a yoga mat. This class is recommended for the intermediate to advanced exerciser, though modifications and alternatives will be given for each exercise.  Please bring your yoga mat and water to each class.”

This class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am - 11:30am.

The first class is free!  After that, the class rates are as follows:
Single Class: $15
10 class card:  $110
20 class card:  $210
